Westlake Punnett & Associates Pty Ltd were engaged to provide the Structural Engineering design for the constructed clifftop residence in Scarborough. The project involved complex site conditions including pile design to account for geotechnical conditions and detailed framing design to account for high wind loading. The high wind loading also was addressed in the structure supporting feature hit and miss brick wall at the entry, a focal point of the residence.
