Westlake Punnett & Associates Pty Ltd were engaged for the Structural and Civil Engineering design and documentation for the Shoalhaven Water Depot Building at South Nowra. With a building footprint of over 3,500 m2 and roof members spanning up to 25m, the Depot required structural expertise in steelwork design to develop this commanding and impressive structure. Civil expertise was also necessary in our involvement to address external works on this large site.

Our involvement included the following:

• Liaison with stakeholders throughout the project.
• Structural design of all slabs, footings, structural steelwork and framing.
• Civil engineering design of carparks, bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage and sediment erosion control.
• Responding to RFI's and attending inspections during tender and construction stage.
